Psychedelic, Penzance Harbour

I shot ‘Psychedelic’ one evening while I was photographing Penzance harbour. I noticed a lot of colour hitting the oily water on one patch from a distance away. Using my 500mm lens I focused close in on the surface texture, to reveal incredible detail of a surreal scene of textures and colours and patterns, not unlike aboriginal paintings.
